Prawn, Avocado And grapefruit Salad

Salads don't have to be boring, bland or complicated. Take this Prawn, Avocado and Grapefruit Salad for example. It's healthy, tasty and can be put together in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the lettuce across a shallow dish
  2. Add the sliced avocado
  3. Add prawns across the dish
  4. Add grapefruit across the dish
  5. Sprinkle with red peppercorns and salt

Dressing

Mix the oil and lemon juice together and drizzle over salad
