Kick-Start Your Day With a Healthy Cucumber and Apple Smoothie
Cucumber, Apple and Ginger Smoothie
Put some pep in your step and feel revitalised drinking this green machine smoothie. Full of refreshing cucumber, sweet apple and a touch of spice, it's just the ticket to get your motor running.
Ingredients
- Cucumber, small and peeled - 1
- Apple, cored - 1
- Baby Spinach leaves - 50g or a handful
- Fresh minced ginger - 1 rounded teaspoon
- lime, peeled - half
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- water - 3/4 cup (more or less for your preferred consistency)
- Ice cubes - 4
Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients into your blender.
2. Blitz ingredients until smooth and at your preferred consistency (add more water if too thick).
3. Taste and add more honey if sweeter taste is preferred. Divide between glasses and drink cold. So fresh!
