This is a simple and effective way to remove built up stains from your iron.
Ingredients
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Paper towel
Instructions
- Place a piece of paper towel on your ironing board.
- Turn the iron onto its highest setting.
- Turn on steam setting.
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of salt onto the paper towel.
- Run the hot iron gently over the surface of the salt. Repeat 2 to 3 times.
- Unplug the iron, wipe with a clean soft cloth once it is cool.
