She Puts a Pineapple Slice in a Muffin Tin. When It’s Cooked – Best Dessert Ever!
Ingredients
- Pineapple Rings
- Maraschino cherries
- Butter - 1/4 Cup
- Sugar - 2/3 Cup
- Eggs - 2
- Flour - 2/3 Cup
- Pineapple Juice - 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Place a pineapple ring into each section of a greased or non stick muffin pan
- Place a cherry in the middle of each ring
- Combine the remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well
- Pour on top of the pineapple and cherry
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- Let cool and then enjoy!
