2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

I love a good pizza, and this is one of the quickest and easiest ways to make perfectly good pizza at home! I must admit when I first came across this 2 ingredient pizza dough I was sceptical at how good it would taste. I was more than surprised at the outcome, the dough is light and could easily pass as something from a gourmet cafe or pizza bar. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients

  • Natural Low-Fat Yoghurt - 1 cup
  • Self Raising Flour - 2 cups
  • Flour to Dust & Roll

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients into a mixer and mix well.
  2. If you have a Thermomix pop in and place on knead setting for 7 minutes. If you don't have a Thermomix or electric kneading machine you will need to do it by hand for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Dust with flour as you go so it doesn't stick.
  4. Don't worry if it's sticky, keep working the dough and adding flour until it becomes elastic-like.
  5. Once you have finished kneading, preheat an oven to 200 degrees
  6. Roll the dough out onto baking paper into  a round shape, this dough will make one large pizza or 2 small.
  7. Prick across the top of the dough lightly with a fork, be careful not to poke through the other side of the dough.
  8. Pop in the oven for 7 minutes, just long enough to start the cooking process and so the dough doesn't go soggy.
  9. Take base out and let cool slightly then top with your favourite toppings.
  10. Pop back in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until the top of your pizza starts to brown.
  11. Slice and enjoy.
