Quick and Easy Scrambled Eggs
Eggs - So versatile and the perfect protein packed meal for the whole family.
One of our household favourites, easy scrambled eggs, makes a delicious breakfast and are surprisingly quick and easy to make. The key here is to keep stirring and move swiftly as the eggs will cook quite quickly.
We always add a little cream which adds a whole lot of flavour and creamy texture but feel free to experiment and see what you like best.

Instructions
- Break the eggs into a bowl
- Add a pinch black pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon of milk.
- Beat lightly with a fork until well mixed.
- Heat a small saucepan with a heavy base or a small non-stick pan
- Add 10 grams of butter and melt on medium heat.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and reduce heat slightly.
- Using a flat spoon or fork keep the egg moving and turning in the pan so nothing has contact with the hot surface for more than a few seconds otherwise it'll cook too much.
- When the egg begins to firm but is still slightly runny, remove from the heat.
- The residual heat in the pan will cook the eggs through.
- Serve promptly and enjoy!
TIP
If you like softer scrambled eggs, increase the volume with water, milk, or cream.
