Quick and Easy Tuna Bake Recipe
Quick and Easy Tuna Bake Recipe
This Tuna Bake is my hubby's favourite pasta meal. He's always asking for it and it works for me given it's so quick and easy to make!
I add what ever veggies I need to use up in the fridge, so you can basically add what you like. I try to hide as many veggies from the kids as I can and it works a treat! {Mum trick!}

- Spiral or Penne Pasta - 1 Pack cooked as per instructions
- Frozen Spinach - 1 Packet
- Corn Kernels - 2 Cups
- Tuna - 1 Large Tin
- Milk - 500ml
- Cheese - 300g grated
- White Flour - 2 Tablespoons
- Butter - 1 Tablespoon
Instructions
- In a saucepan stir butter and flour together to make a paste. Add milk quickly and keep stirring until sauce thickens up, similar to a white sauce.

- Add the cooked pasta and stir though well
- Add mixture to a greased baking dish
- Defrost the spinach in the microwave and pop on the top of the pasta.
- Add left over grated cheese across the top
