Dark Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- Double cream - 210 ml
- Caster sugar - 350g
- Liquid glucose - 170ml
- Unsalted butter - 60g
- Good quality dark chocolate - 200g, finely chopped
Instructions
- Grease a flat square baking tray and line with baking paper.
- Place the cream, sugar and glucose into a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer, trying not to stir or shake the pan.
- Add the butter and return to a simmer or soft boil.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate until it is completely dissolved.
- Pour the chocolate fudge mix into the baking tray and allow to set for 30 minutes. Cut the fudge into cubes and serve!
