Quick & Easy Apple Cake

Baking doesn't get much easier then this Quick & Easy Apple Cake . Super quick to make and tastes great!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Line a medium loaf tin with baking paper.
  3. Add the cake mix and mashed apple to a mixing bowl and combine really well.
  4. Pop mixture into the lined loaf tin.
  5. Cook for 35-45 minutes depending on your oven, once the outside starts to form a golden colour the cake will be ready.
  6. Serve warm with fresh cream or let cool and enjoy on its own.
  7. Dust with icing sugar if you like.
