Awesome Sandwich Toppings – Perfect for Open Sandwiches!

Lunch doesn’t have to be boring.  Why not try some of these open sandwich combinations for something different and tantalise your eyes as well as your tastebuds!

 

Use your favourite bread then top with:

 

Italian Delight

• 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
• 1 slice of ham
• 3 black olives sliced
• Chives

Melon Love

• 30 grams of gorgonzola, thinly sliced
• 2 slices of prosciutto, torn
• 1 slice of rock melon seeded and sliced thinly

Spicy Mumma

• 1 Piece of ham
• 2 pieces of sliced tomato
• 50grms of grated cheese
• Place under the grill until cheese is golden
• Add splash of Tabasco sauce and lemon juice!

Greek Chicken

• 2 pieces of chicken breast shredded
• 1/4 avocado sliced thinly
• 2 slices of truss tomato’s
• Small piece of fetta crumbed
• Cracked pepper
