Meat Loaf Balls
These Meat loaf balls are really yummy great as a snack or freeze them and add to pasta dishes, delicious!
Ingredients
- Sausage Mince - 1kg
- Bread Crumbs - 2 Cups
- Eggs - 4
- Onion - 1 Diced finely
- Garlic - 2 cloves crushed
- Parsley - Handful chopped fine
- Salt and Pepper - To taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Line a tray with baking paper
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure they are well combined.
- Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls
- Pop on tray and bake for 45 mins
- Take them out of the oven and turn. Pop back in for another 15 minutes
- Once cooked, pop on a serving tray with fresh herbs and dipping sauce or add to your favourite pasta dish.
TIP:
Pop them in the freezer once cooled for up to 8 weeks. Add them to your favourite meals.
